Do you ever wonder why a social media influencer is successful? How do they have so much money and attention?

Well, where does their attention lie? It is focused on the self. Famous, rich, popular people think mostly about themselves. They are directing their attention on themselves and their life. And what grows? Their life! Where is your attention going? It is also going towards their life. You are participating in growing their success.

So how do you grow your own success? By focusing your time and attention on your self. In order to grow and manifest your dream life you have to be investing in yourself. You need to focus your attention on what you are doing in the here and now. And if you want greater success you have to express yourself to others. You need to create more energy and focus on your life if you want it to grow. The bigger your success, the more people you need feeding into your life.

Are you making a life that people want to subscribe to? Are you putting yourself out there enough to absorb the energy of others co-creating your reality?

Energy cannot be created or destroyed, but you have a finite amount that you need to direct in different ways. If the majority of your time is spent directing your energy towards someone else’s reality, through working for a job, watching social media, gossiping about others, you are then directing less energy at yourself and your goals. You need to spend the majority of your time and energy looking at your own life, your dreams, working on your projects, and talking about yourself!

It is not selfish in the way you have been raised to think. You have been programmed to believe thinking about yourself and putting yourself first is bad. You were sold this lie because it will keep you down. If you knew that focusing on yourself would bring you freedom and success you would leave the matrix and live by your own rules. Society does not want that. So you’ve been conditioned to do what you are told, put everyone else first, and focus your attention outside of yourself.

The keys are all inside!! You can unlock the gates of success simply by looking inside and spending more time doing exactly what you want. Don’t be afraid. Nothing inside can hurt you, it’s everything outside of yourself that is fake. Who can know what you want better than you?

So, do you want to continue contributing to everyone else’s success, or do you want to start building your own? We all co-create this reality together. You’re not going to stop engaging with others altogether. But make sure you’re engaging in reciprocal relationships that give back, more than engaging in one sided transactions where you are giving all of your energy towards something that can’t give back. We are no longer prisoners in a cave watching shadows on the wall. We know there is a whole world outside, we just have to look away long enough to embrace it.
