You’re here because you want to be heard and feel understood.

Do you…

A young woman with closed eyes and clasped hands resting on her face, sitting pensively in a blurred indoor setting with natural light.

Live in a constant state of fear?

A young woman with long brown hair, wearing a red jacket, black pants, white socks, and slippers, sitting on the sidewalk outside a brick building with large glass windows, looking to the side and holding her phone.

Worry about what other people think of you?

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a cream sweater and black pants, standing outside during sunset with a fence and building in the background.

Overthink what you should do or say?

A woman with shoulder-length dark hair, wearing a green sweater and rolled-up jeans, sitting on a beige cushion with her knees drawn up, holding a bowl and appearing to be deep in thought.

Feel afraid to be seen for who you really are?

A young woman with long wavy hair standing in a field of tall, golden grass, wearing a cream-colored jacket and black pants, with a mountain and cloudy sky in the background.

Feel distracted by memories of the past you can’t seem to let go of?

You are ready to make a change.

Adult survivors of childhood trauma end up repeating negative patterns in relationships, work, and all aspects of life.

“It’s all my fault.”

“There is something wrong with me.”

“I can’t trust anyone.”

“I am damaged.”

You hear these negative voices in your head telling you you are not enough.

It is time to end the cycle and experience confidence, clarity, and calm.

I can guide you through these negative thoughts and show you how to make them stop.

I know you are struggling everyday to overcome what has happened to you.

Working with me you can expect to learn how to feel deeply, to witness the pain that you suffered in the past, and to heal the hurt parts of yourself that are begging for attention.

Together we will find the tools and strategies you need in order to cope with whatever life throws at you, now, and from the past.

Real change feels like:

  • Saying no without guilt

  • Relaxing your nervous system

  • Setting boundaries

  • Being truly and fully yourself

  • Living in the moment

  • Enjoying your life
